Get to Know the Staff at Sieler's Water Systems

Les Sieler has been working in the water business since high school. His goal is to provide the most innovative water systems with the most amazing service to his customers. He is a family man with outside interests in farming and supporting our youth through 4-H. Les believes, “If people are not happy with their water, they haven’t called us yet.”

Mary Sieler is a retired teacher who keeps track of accounts payable, accounts receivables, and provides office support. Her goal is to provide programs and services to customers to make their water needs affordable with fair credit terms. She is a local woman who has been involved in her community through many educational avenues. She currently serves as a board member on the Adrian Community Preschool.

Chad Beckey has been with Sieler’s Water since 2014. He enjoys helping customers with their water problems to give them the water they desire. He wants to further his career with Sieler’s Water, where he believes that service is not a department, it’s an attitude!

James Ryan, has been with Sieler’s Water for over 15 years. He is a long time resident of Morenci, married, with 4 beautiful children. James is active in coaching his children’s wrestling and football teams. Customer service is his #1 goal; he strives to perform the best quality of service for each and every customer. “I love to see customers faces when we have turned their nasty water into perfectly clear water!”

Jennifer Lemley has been with us for over two years and is a long-time resident of Blissfield, where she lives with her husband, 3 cats and dog. She enjoys fishing and spending time with her family in her spare time. Her motto is: “Customer service with a smile!”

Rachel K., Marketing Manager

Rachel K. is the newest member of our team and also a Siena Heights University alumni. She lives in the Onsted area with her two children, two dogs, one guinea pig, a gerbil and a cat. When Rachel does have free time, it is spent with her family, with a good book or in the great outdoors. "I am excited to be part of such a fantastic family and community oriented business!"
